Mac Hardware Repair Diagnostics Charges:

Mac Hardware Repair Diagnostics are Completely Refundable if we repair your Mac – Here’s how it works

Our Mac Hardware Repair Diagnostics charge of £98 is 100% refundable if we repair your Mac, we will deduct it from your final bill. If we don’t carry out the repair on your MacBook, for whatever reason, you get your MacBook back, but you don’t get your £100 back.

Correct diagnostic takes time, in fact, anything from an hour to about three or four working days in some cases of a liquid spill on a Mac, the diagnostics fee is the same

We don’t care what someone else has told you about what is wrong with your Mac, what someone has said on Google or what some “Not So Genius” at Apple have said what the fault is. We will only consider repairing your Mac once we have carried out our own diagnostics

Once we’ve done that, you’ll get a call telling you exactly what the fault is and how much it’s going to cost you, at that point, if you say yes, fix it, we’ll take the diagnostics fee of your final bill when you collect your repaired Mac. If you say no, don’t fix it, you’ll get your Mac back, but you won’t get your diagnosis fee back

Now, to make a diagnostic drop-off appointment, just call us (don’t email or text), the number is at the top of every page on this website, or to find out more about our appointments system, click here…
