We get it that when something’s gone wrong with your Mac, its frustrating to say the least.

You need your Mac repaired and up and running now and want to know how much it’s going to cost you as well as how long it’s going to take.

Hampstead Mac extends a sincere invitation to ask us for our help, as long as you’re nice to us.

We do believe in doing our very best to help people that don’t think it’s ok to treat us badly just because they are paying us – It’s not.

Neither is it ok to be rude, arrogant, cocky or assuming at any time. We have feelings too!

If you think you might not be in the best of moods, rude, potentially snappy or any of the above towards us either in person or on the phone, or if you’re likely to get frustrated with us, we respectfully invite you to bugger off and contact one of our competitors and we hope that “This Link” will help you feel better.

Don’t threaten us with threats of giving us bad reviews either. You only have to read all our five start reviews to know that that won’t work on us.

We will give as good as we get. So, please be nice to us, treat us with the same respect that you’d like to be afforded, make your mother proud and you have the full and respectful attention you deserve.
